Returns

We hope you love your Jen Kahn purchase.

For items purchased in-store, our policy is clearly stated on every till slip: “No exchanges or returns once goods have left the premises.”

For online orders, returns are accepted within fourteen days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. To request a return, please email us at info@jenkahn.com with your order number, and our team will provide the necessary instructions.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds for approved online returns are issued to the original method of payment within seven to ten working days from receipt of the returned item. Exchanges may be arranged on online purchases, subject to stock availability at the time of processing.
