When making a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to a refund charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our Terms and Conditions.

Payment Options and Pricing
All of our transactions are processed in South African Rands (ZAR). The total order price will include the price of your purchase plus any applicable sales tax (VAT) and shipping charges (on the day of shipping).
Payment Options
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners Card, AMX or by bank transfer into our bank account, the details of which will be provided after checkout.
Credit card acquiring and security
Credit card transactions will be processed by Jen Kahn via approved payment gateways. Our payment gateways use the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the Website.
Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

All our clothing is shipped straight to you as soon as possible for maximum efficiency. Please see the details of our delivery policy here.
Return & Refund policy
1.) No refunds on sale items.
2.) Goods submitted for refund/return or exchange within South Africa will only be accepted if:
– Returned within 14 days from date of purchase.
– The goods are in their original condition.
– Purchaser must include the original invoice/credit card receipt with the return.
3.) Claims of defect goods , unless clearly visible , will be subject to investigation prior to the provision of a mutual solution.
4.) No option of a refund/exchange if goods have been specifically made to order , damaged through misuse or damage due to ordinary wear and tear.
5.) International: garments must be returned to receive a refund. On receipt of returned garment, orders made using electronic gateway for card payment will receive a refund within 5 working days. If the payment was made using international funds transfer, then store credit will be issued.
Order Processing
Your clothing/accessory order will be dispatched once payment is validated/received (for EFT’s this means that we cannot process the order until the funds have cleared in our account, which is usually the next business day). Should stock be available, orders will be dispatched the same day that payment is validated/received.
Should a product be unavailable for any reason, we will contact you directly with a delivery time estimate. In the event of unforeseen circumstances which may cause delays we will contact you directly with a revised delivery schedule.
Local Shipping
For orders within major cities in South Africa we use a courier service. Please allow up to five working days from receipt of payment to receive your order. Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as ownership and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.
Undelivered Packages
In the case of a package not finding its way to you and being returned to us, we will make every attempt to contact you to arrange for re-shipment. You will be united with your Jen Kahn delights, we promise. Should the package remain undelivered or uncollected for a period of 30 days, your package will be sold to defray expenses and your payment forfeited and it will be assumed that you have abandoned your goods.
International Shipping
We love for our pieces to travel as far afield as possible and are happy to do everything in our power to accommodate International orders.
